I’m delighted to share that preparations are underway for our upcoming Gathering in Byron Bay from 12-14 June. The energy around this event is already inspiring.

As we move through the Autumn Equinox, a time of balance and gentle turning inward, we’re invited to reconnect with what nourishes and sustains us.

This immersive weekend will explore the elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit – guided by experienced Nia teachers who bring deep somatic wisdom and years of practice. Together, we’ll enjoy a rich blend of movement and music in a creative, supportive space that nurtures presence and self-expression.
