More than just a dance class! A fun, no-pressure movement class that nurtures coordination, creativity, confidence, focus and emotional wellbeing through music, imagination and play.
Nia for Kids encourages children to explore movement in a natural and joyful way. Through music, games, storytelling, creative movement and self-expression, children develop coordination, balance, body awareness and motor skills while having fun and making new friends.
Each class is designed to engage both body and mind, helping children build confidence, creativity, focus, emotional awareness and social connection. Children are encouraged to move in their own unique way, fostering self-esteem and a positive relationship with movement.
