Class Notes
For Nia feel free to wear any exercise or comfortable clothing that makes you feel good and free to move. Bring along a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you have one.
Nia is designed to be practised barefoot, if there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.

What is Nia? It’s a gentle dance and mindful movement class that conditions the whole body, and is excellent for brain health.
Nia is for all ages and fitness levels, with easy-to-follow dance steps and mindful movement in a warm and non-judgmental environment.
People leave classes feeling uplifted, invigorated and simply better in their own skin.
Nia is great for all ages but particularly beneficial for women in their 50s and beyond.
No need to book, just turn up wearing comfortable clothes.
Optional BYO yoga mat.
Cost: $25 at the door, cash or tap.
