Biography
Originally struggling with scoliosis Jen decided to attend a Nia class under the guidance of her chiropractor. Not only did the movement strengthen her spine and alleviate her scoliosis, but it also made her feel happy and fitter all round.
Jen attended Nia classes for 2 years before undertaking training to certify as a teacher in 2015. She has completed Nia White and Blue Belt trainings and has also expanded to complete Nia 5 Stages training, a practice designed to facilitate optimal alignment, improved function and comfort in the body. Since then she runs 3 classes per week around various Canberra locations.
