Class Notes

Jen has been teaching Nia for over 10 years in Canberra and runs classes at Hughes, Kingston, Weston Creek and in October 2025 is expanding to Narrabundah.  

New people welcome any week of term. Simply turn up a few minutes before class to sign in or call me to chat beforehand about anything you may wish to know (Jen 0417 246 467).

Sanctuary Canberra is an amazing space, welcoming, spacious and with a glorious outlook sometimes with peacocks strolling by!  Classic Nia classes will uplift, energise and condition you.
