Nia with Melinda is held every Tuesdays 6.30pm at the Curl Curl Community Hall, Cnr of Abbott Rd and, Griffin Rd, North Curl Curl NSW 2099
In Nia we dance barefoot. The wonderful reason I love Nia is that it is sustainable and guides and conditions your body for all situations, environments and conditions. We tweak to make it feel better!
Please bring a bottle of water and we generally do some floor work at the end, so you may like to bring a yoga mat if you feel you need that extra for comfort as we have wooden floorboards – but not necessary to have. No yoga mats provided.
