Wherever you are, you can join in the joy of Nia online. In the comfort and privacy of your own space, dance like no one’s watching with your camera off (or on) or catch the replay in your own time.

Pricing for Sophie’s ONLINE classes:
New to Nia special $7 for 7 consecutive days – all classes
10-class pass $100 (valid 4 months for any class)
5-class pass $55 (valid 4 months for any class)
1-class $12
Unlimited JOY $25 for 7 consecutive days – 3 classes + replays (dance every day!)
Class times are Brisbane AEST.
