Biography

Mandy has been practicing Nia for 11 years and has completed White Belt, Green Belt and Blue Belt training. She’s an accredited Nia Teacher and Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and she’s passionate about sharing the joy of movement.

“Nia has created a positive transformation in my life. There’s no doubt it’s expressive, mindful movement has been good for both my physical and mental health. I feel more focused, less emotional and so much happier when I’m dancing Nia regularly. My body is strong, I have more vitality and I’m fitter than ever before.”

“As a teacher, I love sharing Nia’s mix of martial arts, healing arts and dance arts and its unique blend of grace and power. It’s a lifestyle practice and a fun-filled way to take care of yourself.”

Mandy is trained in trauma sensitive practice and offers a safe space to express and heal. Classes are for women only.
