Simone has been dedicated to studying the body, mind and spirit since the beginning of her career. She has practiced as a Registered Nurse and workplace health and safety project manager and now runs a busy complementary therapies clinic offering Kinesiology, KaHuna massage, Shamanic Bodywork and ceremony. Her Nia classes are the perfect compliment for the self healing journey and for supporting healthy joyful movement. Simone has completed her Nia White and Green Belt trainings and is based in Western Australia.

For Nia feel free to wear any exercise or comfortable clothing that makes you feel good and free to move. Bring along a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you have one.
Nia is designed to designed to be practised barefoot. If there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.

You will be guided to listen to your body and practice being with sensations of pleasure and ease. Adaptable for all ages and fitness levels.
