
Biography
It was through the love of all things fitness and movement that Rebecca discovered Nia. Having dabbled in many other forms of exercise she found herself becoming uninspired by regular fitness regimes that focus merely on the physical with no attention to what we hold inside. Rebecca was introduced to Nia during a work shop for sacred feminine healing in February 2017 and she hasn’t looked back. Nia has taken Rebecca on a journey of self discovery, transformation and given her a whole new perception on life.
Rebecca is a white belt graduate and she is very excited to share the gift of Nia with her community. Her classes are an opportunity to come together, connect and empower each other through the celebration of movement and growth.

For Nia feel free to wear any exercise or comfortable clothing that makes you feel good and free to move. Bring along a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you have one.
Nia is designed to be practised barefoot. If there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.

Nia’s unique blend of martial arts, dance and mindfulness gives you an energising cardio workout that benefits – body, mind, emotions, and spirit. You will be guided to listen to your body and practice being with sensations of pleasure and ease. Adaptable for all ages and fitness levels.
