For Nia feel free to wear any exercise or comfortable clothing that makes you feel good and free to move. Bring along a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you have one. Nia is designed to be practised barefoot. If there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.

A Nia Moving to Heal class is a group exercise class set within a therapeutic environment. Students are taught to listen to the voice of the body – sensation, and are guided through a mindful movement experience with the focus of self-healing.  It is a positive, conscious and joyous path to feeling better.  Students who wish to participate while seated in a chair are fully supported.

$20 Casual.  First Class free.  10 class pass for $160.

You are most welcome to join any week.  Please arrive 5 mins prior to your first class.  Easy free parking on site. Please bring water and a yoga mat if you have one.
