Biography

In 2013 I was bugged near death by my big sister to try out a nia class in town. When I finally gave in and attended a class, there was no turning back. In Nia I found a practice and lifestyle that was inspiring in that I felt reconnected with my youthful self and connected to my body, emotions, mind and spirit in ways I never had before. I was experiencing living life in my body well. Nia helped me feel Alive and excited about life. I have since received multiple trainings to develop my skills and “fill my cup” so I can do what I love, giving back to others.
