Jacqui has been practising Nia since 2013 and she has completed training in Art of Sensation White Belt, Nia Conscious Freedance and Moving to Heal.
‘Nia forms a part of my daily practice for sustainable living. It has increased my awareness of the body and deepened my connection to self. This holistic movement form invites joy, balance and creativity into the moment. It supports you to choose pleasure and joy in decision making, using somatic awareness. The benefits for the body, mind and spirit will enhance your everyday living.’

For Nia feel free to wear any exercise or comfortable clothing that makes you feel free to move. Bring along a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you have one.
Nia is designed to be practised barefoot. If there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.
Nia FreeDance is a conscious dance practice that inspires you to move, explore and create your own unique way. Evocative music ignites a sense of freedom as your body, mind, emotions and spirit unite, taking you to the source of your authentic dance.
