Jacqui has been practising Nia since 2013 and she has completed training in Art of Sensation White Belt, Nia Conscious Freedance and Moving to Heal.

Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. Activewear is great. Be prepared to come up and down from the floor. Chairs are available if you need them. You don’t need shoes but you can wear them if you need to. Soft-soled shoes are best. Bring a water bottle and towel.
