Student feedback

Nia is a combination of all I have done before-yoga,dance,martial arts,
somatic bodywork. Is is relaxing, easy and fun! I love it. Thankyou.
Sharon - Mullumbimby

I am working with healers to overcome old sports injuries causing
restrictions. I have tried yoga and other dance classes but the twisting
stopped me in dance and positions on the floor in yoga. However with Nia I
enjoy dancing, stretching, strengthening and more, to work with my
structural corrections using yin/yang balancing principles.
Richard, Tai Chi teacher -Suffolk Park

"Nia has been a liberating, relaxing and self healing experience that I
intend to incorporate into my life. The benefits I have felt are numerous
including: easing pressure on my lower back caused by scoliosis (curvature
of the spine) and creating more supple movement in areas of my back, which
is of great relief. Nia seems to help me release the blockages I have
stored in my back for years. Julie provides an atmosphere where you are
free of inhibitions and open to connect with your body, mind and spirit. I
get fit and have fun as well!".
