Classic Nia is a whole body, cardio movement class that infuses the dynamics of martial arts, dance and mindfulness. Nia 5 Stages is a floor-based class designed to tap into your body’s natural wisdom, to move and feel better. Experience gentle, mindful, self-healing movement as you are guided to move in your own body’s way through five developmental stages – Embryonic, Creeping, Crawling, Standing and Walking. Realign, energise and integrate your body, mind, emotion and spirit.  What does it look like? 

Nia Sunday Series – Enter a sacred space for self and tune into your body, moving with the FUNdamentals of Nia. In this one-hour class set to soul-stirring music from around the world, you’ll get to learn and feel more embodied in the language of Nia, the 52 Moves while choosing pleasure and discovering dynamic ease. Be guided by Nia Trainer Sophie Marsh to explore creative and unique ways to bring your own personal and playful expression to the form. You’ll leave feeling more centred, connected and alive from the inside out.  Come to 1, 2, 3 or all 4! 4, 11, 28, 25 November 2018.

Pricing for ALL Sophie’s Chelmer and West End classes: 
New to Nia? Come and try 3 classes for $30 (valid 1 month)
Casual $20 / $15 concession 
10 class pass $140 (valid 3 months)
5 class pass $80 (valid 3 months)
unlimited monthly $140 (valid 1 calendar month) – up to 6 classes per week!
Nia Sunday Series (4, 11, 18, 25 November) 4 for $60 or Casual $20/$15

No bookings required, join anytime, everybody welcome!  There are no terms as these weekly classes run throughout the year. The venue is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Parking:  Feel free to use the off-street parks outside the studio. Street parking is also available in Mollison St and the surrounding areas, or park in the Coles complex at the other end of Mollison Street and stroll 200 m down.
