Tracey offers Nia classes for women of all ages, backgrounds, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.  Bring along a water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you have one. Nia is designed to be practised barefoot. If there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.

Tracey’s Classic Nia class is a joy-filled, sensory-based, cardio movement class set to music, that blends 52 moves with martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts – benefitting body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It is the fun, sustainable  ‘love your body, love your life’ fitness practice that is changing lives all over the globe.

Tracey’s Gentle Nia class incorporates great music and the same moves as ‘Classic Nia’, just at a slower pace and with less physical intensity.  The emphasis is on offering time and space to connect to your own natural rhythm and flow for greater ease, body-mind awareness and self-healing.

“Nia Newbie”~ First 3 x classes –  $30  
Casual class –  $20
10 class pass –  $140   (valid 4 months)
5 class pass – $80 (valid 2 months)
4 week pass ‘Unlimited classes’ – $100   
    

Concessions:
Full-time students, Pension card holders & Nia Livelihood Members
Casual class –  $15
10 class pass –  $120.

Suitable for women of all ages & fitness levels – no co-ordination or dance experience required – two left feet most welcome – Join in at any time!
Please bring water bottle and either towel or yoga mat for floor-play 🙂

** Parking in car park next to church hall.  If travelling northbound along Ipswich Road, make sure you hop into the Far Left Lane as you near the Princess Alexander (PA) Hospital.  Avoid Right Hand Lane which connects to Clem 7 tunnel.
