Nia is designed to be practised barefoot. If there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.

A Classic Nia class is a sensory-based, cardio movement class to music that blends 52 moves with martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts – body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Open to all levels.

This ‘On the beach’ Nia class will be adapted for moving on the sand and suitable for all levels of fitness. Ideal for beginners and for all students who wish to move outdoors with the sand, water and air providing inspiration and creativity!

Latest news!  This class will be offered over the 4 Saturdays in January 2019.  I’m so looking forward to returning back to the gorgeous sandy dance floor again with the breeze, sunlight and summer love all around!

Perfect for anyone who ever wanted to move with a group of friends in a playful, explorative and free way… on the beach… to great music.  Let beach time expand to become a richer time of delightful fitness, moving your body with awareness and sensations!
